ST3 Insights was built by telecom insiders who saw a gap between what the industry needed to know and what existing research actually measured.
Eric is a serial telecom entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building companies and products at the intersection of telecommunications and data analytics. He co-founded ShareTracker, a leading telecom market research and analytics firm, where he served as President until its acquisition by Comlinkdata in October 2020.
Prior to ShareTracker, Eric founded the Broadband Consulting Group, providing product and technology solutions to the broadband industry, and served as CEO of BlueBird Network, building rural fiber networks funded through a federal broadband stimulus grant. Earlier in his career he held VP roles in product development and product leadership at Nielsen Mobile, and served as Director of Broadband Marketing at BellSouth Telecommunications, with additional management roles at AT&T. Most recently he served as Managing Director, Telecom (North America) at Mobilewalla.
Eric holds an MS Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
Jerome brings a rare combination of engineering depth and telecom market expertise built over a career spanning some of the industry's most data-intensive companies. He co-founded ShareTracker alongside Eric Fogle, serving as CTO and driving the technology platform that powered the firm's quantitative telecom research until its acquisition by Comlinkdata in 2020.
Following the acquisition, Jerome served as VP of Telecommunications Technologies at OpenSignal, leading technical strategy for consumer and operator intelligence products. He subsequently joined Skylo Technologies as VP of Network Operations and Engineering, working deploying the largest direct to device network on the planet and launching history making services such as direct to device SMS with Verizon and Orange.
Jerome holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Télécom SudParis.
Kara has spent over 20 years turning complex telecom datasets into strategies that drive revenue. At ShareTracker she served as Senior VP of Product Development & Data Insights, overseeing the development and interpretation of data across telecom, entertainment, wireless, and financial services verticals — building the client-facing intelligence layer that made the firm's research indispensable to operators and vendors alike.
After ShareTracker's acquisition by Comlinkdata in 2020, Kara led a team of analysts, data scientists, and client service professionals as VP of Client Analytics & Insights, delivering executive-level insights and driving revenue growth through big data solutions. She subsequently joined Mobilewalla as Practice Leader for Telecom Analytics in North America, applying consumer intelligence to operator strategy and audience targeting.
Kara holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
